Symptoms
When trying to generate a revenue/cost forecast for a project the following errors occur:
1. ORA-00001: unique constraint (PA.PA_RBS_ELEMENTS_U1) violated in Package PA_RBS_MAPPING Procedure create_rbs_element
2. ORA-00001: unique constraint (PA.PA_RBS_ELEMENTS_U1) violated in Package PA_RBS_MAPPING Procedure map_rbs_txn
3. ORA-00001: unique constraint (PA.PA_RBS_ELEMENTS_U1) violated in Package PA_RBS_MAPPING Procedure map_rbs_plans
4. ORA-00001: unique constraint (PA.PA_RBS_ELEMENTS_U1) violated in Package PA_RLMI_RBS_MAP_PUB Procedure Map_Rlmi_Rbs
