Symptoms
Journals are not reconciled between XLA and GL.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Log into Oracle applications using a Payables responsibility.
2.Run Transfer Journal Entries to GL Program
3.The data are marked as transferred in XLA but not reached GL
4.Journals are not reconciled between XLA and GL
