Symptoms

E-Business Suite R12 Applications Technology Stack,  SSO/OID and Access Manager issues

 



When attempting to login in to E-Business Suite applications the following error occurs:


HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

Checking the applications.log file the following additional error messages will appear:

java.lang.RuntimeException: oracle.apps.fnd.common.AppsException: oracle.apps.fnd.common.AppsException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01438: value larger than specified precision allowed for this column
ORA-06512: at line 5


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to open page AppsLocalLogin.jsp.


The issue has the following business impact:
