Symptoms

Receiving Transaction Manager throws error RVTTH-192.rvtthins, cannot do any receiving transactions.

Relinked the executable file :
adrelink.sh force=y ranlib=y "PO RCVOLTM"
adrelink.sh force=y ranlib=y "PO RVCTP"

and restarted EBS Database, but error still occurs
