Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, India PO Localizations
India Local tax forms not working. When trying to create BPA or Release or Quotation and when trying to enter India Localization taxes , forms are not responsive and throwing an error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create a BPA , Release or Quote and on trying to attach taxes via the India Localization Taxes form,
this error is observed
