Symptoms

When attempting to close PA and GL periods, it is not allowed due to zero amount revenue lines generated which were not accounted and transferred to General Ledger (GL).
The following message is displayed when running the Transaction Exception Details report.

ERROR

  Exception Reason : The new line is not processed by the Generate Revenue Accounting Events
  Grants Users: Please run GMS: Generate Revenue Accounting Events concurrent program
  Corrective Action : Projects Users: Please run PRC: Generate Revenue Accounting Events concurrent program
