Symptoms
Drop ship order line is stuck in "Awaiting Receipt" status after adding the line in a related Purchase Order.
When attempting to cancel the line, the following error is raised:

Cancel action at LINE_LOCATION Level is invalid for this document. (ACTION=CANCEL)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Responsibility
2. Query the sales order line
3. Actions > Cancel
4. Enter reason for cancellation and click OK,
5. See error in process messages window.
