Symptoms
When attempting to run Create Accounting the following error occurs:
An internal error has occurred in the program XLA_00222_AAD_S_000006_PKG.EventClass_164. ORA-01403: no data found.
EVENT CLASS CODE = INVOICE
The following events are present in the line extract but MISSING in the header extract:
Event_id = 25064665
Steps To Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Control>Request>Run
LOV: Create Accounting
Error found in the log file generated from this run
1. Submit a Single Request, and Pick Create Accounting
2. Enter Required Parameters
3. Click OK to run the Process
