ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Internal Order in Receiving Transaction is not showing the serials shipped from Org
User is not able to select serial numbers during Receiving Transaction (Delivery) to Inventory
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to choose serial number during receipt delivery
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to choose a serial during receipt delivery
2. No serial is shown.
