Symptoms
When planning orders with multiple ship units and going to multiple destinations (All orders are using the same itinerary/Networks), using Dynamic Clustering with Re-use equipment and leg consolidation (having multiple equipment groups added to the equipment group profile), some orders fail in the bulk plan.
It is expected to have all orders passing the bulk plan process
