Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version, Purchase Order
When attempting to submit approve after update Promise Date on drop ship Purchase order
the following error occurs.

Replication Steps
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Sales Order
2. Run requisition import
3. Auto create Req to Purchase Orders
4. Approve the PO.
5. Change the Promised Data on Purchase Order and try to Re approve.
6.The following error occurs
