Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Scheduling and Sourcing
When attempting to change the Schedule Arrival Date on a sales order line
the following error occurs.

You are not Authorized to Modify Scheduling attributes on a Overriden line
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to Sales Order form
3. Query order number
4. Change the Schedule Arrival Date.
