Goal
On : 12.1.3 version, Purchase Order
For some Purchase Orders the action 'View Receipts' is not available in Buyer Work Center and forms.
For example; there can be 2 POs for the same supplier and the same site - in one case action 'View Receipt' is available, for another it is not.
Why the action 'View Receipts' is not available or some POs ?
