Actual Behavior
View field, Search button and Personalize button are not shown in Demand Workbench.

Expected Behavior
View field, Search button and Personalize button shall be shown in Demand Workbench.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to PO responsibility=>Buyer Work Center=>Requisitions=>Demand Workbench
