Universal Search On Person ID Has No Results. (Doc ID 2232636.1)

Symptoms

In 12.1.1 Universal search using party type= Person on Expanded tab enter
Person ID (ex. %2937709% or 2937709% or 2937709) error:

APP-AST 207295: Query caused no records to be retrieved



While using the following navigation :

- Go to CRM Super User or Telesales Agent responsibility
- Open the universal Search > set type = Person
- enter person id and click on search
- Error appears on the screen
