Cannot Merge The Inbound Shipments When The Handling Shipment Is Available (Doc ID 2233001.1)

When trying to merge two inbound TL shipments, both linked to handling shipments, the following error occurs:

Forced merge failed - End time 2016-11-24 21:00:00 Europe/Prague of the combined shipment plus the fixed handling time 1 Days 16 Hours 0 Minutes 0 Seconds is later than the earliest start time 2016-11-24 21:00:00 Europe/Prague of subsequent shipments.

This is happening because the handling shipments start date is equal to Inbound Shipment End date.
