Cannot Generate XML Formatted CSV Exports In Google Chrome (Doc ID 2233711.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When performing CSV exports within OTM using Google Chrome as a browser, the outputted CSV is displayed as a single line without any XML structure under the tag <CSVUtilServletHelper>. The same action works using Firefox.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected to be able to view the CSV export in XML format using Chrome as a browser.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Login to OTM using Google Chrome as your browser.
2. Navigate to Business Process Automation -> Data Import/Export -> CSV Export
3. Select a table to export and export result to the browser
4. The CSV export output is a single line without XML format.
