Symptoms
Sales Journal by GL Account Report (XML) report returns:
No Data Found
Note: The issue is reproduced in file version : xlarpjel.pkb 120.68.12020000.31 (which is delivered via Patch 22565802) and higher (till version 120.68.12020000.35 as on date).
Steps To Reproduce:
- Responsibility: Receivables Manager
- Navigate to : View > Requests > Submit a New Request
- Submit the Concurrent Program "Sales Journal by GL Account Report (XML)" by passing required parameters
- Check the Report Output once Program Completes
- Report Output shows "No Data Found"

| Step1. Enable the parameter P_PERIOD_FROM P_PERIOD_TO |
| Step2. Verify the two new parameters |
| Step3. Click on List of Values for both new Parameters; Make sure you have already selected Ledger. |
| Step4. If in step3 You can see only one value in the LOV for the newly parameter added. Then follow below step. |
| Step5. Now run the report “Sales Journal By GL Account Report (XML)” Now pass the appropriate values in Period From and To along with the GL date parameters and it fetches the desired data. |
