Symptoms
E-Business Suite 12.2 Business Intelligence Publisher, Designing Layout Template issues
BI Publisher Reports created using an Excel template complete successfully on some instances (for example Dev), and fail on others with the following error message:
oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.PostProcessorException: oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.PostProcessorException: oracle.apps.xdo.XDOException
