Symptoms
Problem Statement:
After running running Retropay (Enhanced) or Quick Retropay (Enhanced) concurrent program, the following error is displayed in the process log:
APP-PAY-51119: Error was encountered when processing Element Type <ELEMENT_NAME>
APP-PAY-51120: Error was encountered when processing formula <FORMULA_1>
APP-PAY-06867: An error occurred during formula execution:
UDF Error in formula <FORMULA_1> at line <LINE>: A compiled version of the formula <FORMULA_2> cannot be found. Check that it exists and has been compiled before attempting to run it.
APP-PAY-51120: Error was encountered when processing formula <FORMULA_1>
APP-PAY-06867: An error occurred during formula execution:
UDF Error in formula <FORMULA_1> at line <LINE>: A compiled version of the formula <FORMULA_2> cannot be found. Check that it exists and has been compiled before attempting to run it.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under HRMS Manager Responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run 'Running Retropay (Enhanced)' or 'Quick Retropay (Enhanced)' process.
3. Open process log and observe above error.
