Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OTM is not considering location constraint ALLOWED MIXED FREIGHT on the first leg when an order is plan on a multileg (- i.e. - 2 legs) itinerary and the final destination have ALLOWED MIXED FREIGHT unchecked.
OTM is building first leg allowing mixed freight at the ship unit level.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

OTM should also consider last stop location constraint on the first leg.
