Symptoms

When Fleet Aware Bulk Plan is used plan Orders into Shipment and Create Work Assignments and later Optimize Driver Assignments Action is run to assign Drivers to the Shipments, if Users execute Action "Disband Work Assignments" on the shipments, the original Start time and End time of the Shipments are reset.

Consider an Example:

Order Release 1 - Early Pickup Date : 2017-01-30 08:00
Order Release 2 - Early Pickup Date : 2017-01-30 08:00

Execute Fleet Aware Bulk Plan, Orders Planned into Shipments and Work Assignments Created with the following Time Window

Shipment 1 - Start Time : 2017-01-30 08:00 and End Time : 2017-01-30 08:40
Shipment 2 - Start Time : 2017-01-30 08:40 and End Time : 2017-01-30 10:00

Driver Assigned using "Optimize Driver Assignments"

After this if the Users execute "Disband Work Assignments" on the Shipments, Shipment Time windows get updated as following (even when there are Driver Assignments present with different Time windows)

Shipment 1 - Start Time : 2017-01-30 08:00 and End Time : 2017-01-30 08:40
Shipment 2 - Start Time : 2017-01-30 08:00 and End Time : 2017-01-30 08:40
