Problem Statement:
When applying patch:25250007, worker job fails loading pegborgd.sql.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Apply 25250007 (PAY122:EXE ORDER 13673 PAY INF ON A WEEKLY BASIS - One OFF tracking PATCH)
- Worker fails loading pegborgd.sql.
