GLXJEENT: AutoReversed Journals Unexpectedly Require Reapproval When Using AME (Doc ID 2238513.1)

Symptoms

AutoReversed Journals require re-approval. The profile option "GL: Approve Autoreversal Batch" is set to No, yet when using AME it is requiring approval of autoreversed journals.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

AutoReversed Journals should not require re-approval when profile option is set to No.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1.  Set profile option GL: Approve Autoreversal Batch to No.

2.  Navigate>Setup>Journal>AutoReverse to define reversal criteria.

3.  From GL Responsibility, run Program - AutoReversal.

4.  See that reversed journal requires approval.
