Symptoms

On Production, UPK 12.1.0.3, IE11

When users are moving between topics in the Knowledge Center using IE11 they receiving the following error:

"The system may not be connected with the tracking environment. You progress may not be tracked. To resolve this issue, try restarting the content. If the issue continues, contact your system administrator.
Received error code #133 Store Data After Termination, cme.exit, normal."
