WSHFXCSM: Freight Carrier Form Error APP-WSH-228390: Record with this combination already exists (Doc ID 2239228.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a Service level for an existing Freight Carrier, the following error occurs:

Note that the record does NOT exist and is NOT visible or available through the Freight Carrier Form.

When checked in backend, find the record exists in the base table WSH_CARRIER_SERVICES , but is not shown in the WSH_CARRIER_SERVICES_V.



ERROR

APP-WSH-228390: Record with this combination already exists.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Order Management responsibility
2. Shipping > Setup > Freight Carriers
3. Query the Carrier for which the Services is to be added
4. Enter the Service Level , Mode and see the above error
