Goal

Why is the list of values (LOV) for Tax Regime not available for selection on the Tax Codes and Rates definition screen when we are creating the taxes with their tax rates?
 Navigation:  Receivables (with Latin Tax activated) -> Localizations -> Latin Tax Engine -> Codes
