PO cXML Does Not Contain Province / State / City Tag Under the Ship To and Bill To Address Section (Doc ID 2239598.1)

Symptoms

Purchase Order cXML payload does not contain Province tag in the Ship-to-Address section for a Canadian Locatoin.

For a PO with a Ship To and Bill to that have an India Location the same also occurs for the State and City tags.  The State and City are not pulled into the cXML payload.
