Symptoms

Per-search incremental fails: IngestFault caused by Cannot compare mdex:double-set and mdex:long-set

Ran full sandbox for per-search ok

But now run incremental per-search and get error in step DELETE_OLD_DATA_FOR_MODIFIED_RECORDS:

2017-02-02 02:31:13,647 ERROR 200062 - Failed with the following IngestFault:
  exception encountered while executing external function 'eql-ingest:ingest', caused by Cannot compare mdex:double-set and mdex:long-set - Location:1:1-1:21
2017-02-02 02:31:13,653 ERROR 200062 - Graph element [Delete Old Data for modified records:DELETE_OLD_DATA_FOR_MODIFIED_RECORDS] failed with unknown cause.
