Goal
E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications Technology Stack, HTTP Server Installation issues
When running script $FND_TOP/patch/115/bin/txkEBSDomainConfig.pl to start services and E-Business Suite components the following error is received:
SUCCESS: VALID FMW HOME /<dir>/app/dev/fs1/FMW_Home
SUCCESS: VALID OHS HOME /<dir>/app/dev/fs1/FMW_Home/webtier
FAILURE: INVALID Node Manager Port 1000
SUCCESS: VALID Node Manager Type plain
FAILURE: INVALID Admin Server Port 1001
FAILURE: INVALID OACORE Managed Server Port 1001
FAILURE: INVALID FORMS Managed Server Port 1001
FAILURE: INVALID OAFM Managed Server Port 1001
SUCCESS: VALID FORMS-C4WS Managed Server Port 1001

The script is failing as all services were not shut down correctly and are still occupying some ports.
