Kewill API Call for Shipment to Canada Missing the Following Mandatory Information: ITEMDESC-I1, COMMODITYVAL-I1 and ITEMORGCNTRY-I1 (Doc ID 2240926.1)

Symptoms


The customer will start shipping to Canada in the near future but in there testing they have discovered that they can not plan orders using Kewill for Shipments from US to Canada for FedEx International Priority Freight and International Priority shipments-services IPFR and IPRI respectively. The customer states that per FedEx, OTM is not sending the following package level fields in the API call and these fields are mandatory:
