The customer will start shipping to Canada in the near future but in there testing they have discovered that they can not plan orders using Kewill for Shipments from US to Canada for Service Provider International Priority Freight and International Priority shipments-services. The customer states that OTM is not sending the following package level fields in the API call and these fields are mandatory:
