Unable to select Tax Authority in Define Regime form of OFI GST Configuration

FRM-41830: List of values contains no entries.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
On trying to define the regime and when trying to enter the Tax Authority via the value from LOV.

Due to this issue, users cannot assign the regime to a relevant Tax authority
