Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to enter or update Information in Extra Detail of Service Form, the following error occurs.

APP-PER-51938: The system cannot find the program unit being called.
This could be because the application API pre-processor has not been run.
Contact your system administrator quoting the following details: Error
ORA-06508 in API module PQP_ASSIGNMENT_ATTRIBUTES_F at hook After Insert.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Log in as UK HRMS Manager
  2.  Go to (N) People > Enter and Maintain > (B) Assignment > (B) Other > Extra Details Of Service> Enter or Modify the information and save the change.
  3.  Error occurs.
