Symptoms
On 12.2.5 version, Workflow Mailer
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
After the recent upgrade, user are not getting any email and wf_notifications table has records with mail_status failed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect users to receive workflow email notifications without failing.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgraded to 12.2.5.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot receive workflow email notifications.
