On E-Business Suite 12.1.3 Applications Technology Stack, Access Manager related issues
When configuring Oracle EBS 12.1.3 with Oracle Access Manager 11.1.2.3 following <Note 2045154.1>, executing step 4.2 Register Oracle E-Business Suite with Oracle Access Manager fails:

Failed to create authentication module with name LDAP_EBS
Steps followed after to confirm the error:
1 Logged into the Oracle Access Manager Console and confirmed the Identify store OIDIdentityStore was created successfully.
2. Bounced access Manager Managed servers.
3. Ran the txkrun.pl script again, but the same error was received.
4. Created LDAP_EBS manually, bounced Access Manager Managed servers and tried to run the txkrun.pl again. However again the same error was received.
The main errors received include:
Unable to find User Identity Store OIDIdentityStore
txkSetOAMReg_configurePolicies
SEVERE
oracle.apps.fnd.txk.oam.AuthenticationModuleConf
createAuthenticationModule
Failed to create authenentication module with name LDAP_EBS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. While executing step 4.2 Register Oracle E-Business Suite with Oracle Access Manager.
2. Unable to find User Identity Store OIDIdentityStore
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot register Oracle E-Business Suite with Oracle Access Manager.
