How to restrict Time Entry for Terminated employees between Actual Term Date and Final process date ?

Ex: An employee resigned during the week and his/her last day was 09 March 2017.

However when the Time keeper goes for the entry for the week i.e from 06 March 2017 to 12 March 2017, the time card shows the employee as regular.

Moreover it even allows it to attach payroll elements and enter his time even after the employee last working day i.e on 10,11 and 12 march 2017 (Though the payroll element's termination has been checked as 'Actual Termination').
