On : 12.1.3 version, Reports - PO and RCV

Is there a seeded template for Printed Purchase Order Report(Landscape) (XML) or Printed Purchase Order Report(Portrait) (XML) or do those have to be built by the customer? Seems like a standard RTF should exist for this.
