Order Status Not Changing To 'PLANNING EXECUTED FINAL' By Using Move Order To Existing Shipment. (Doc ID 2247128.1)

Symptoms

Order is created and Planned on to a Shipment. The shipment is tendered. Shipment status is =>Secure Resources Tendered. The corresponding order status is =>Planning Executed Final. A New Order (identical) to the previous order is created and its manually added to the Shipment via action>>Manually Assign to Existing Shipment. The new order release status is =>Planning Planned Final
Expectation is that the new order status should also be Planning Executed Final.

STEPS
------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management>>Order>>Create Order Release
2. Plan to a Shipment and Tender Shipment
3. Add another order via action>>Manually Assign to Existing Shipment
4. New Order status is Planning Planned Final & not Planning Executed Final.
