Symptoms

When attempting to run OPM Accounting Pre Processor, the following error occurs.

ERROR

 GLUPD_ORG_LOAD_FAILED
 General Ledger Update Initialization Failed


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Process Manufacturing Financials Responsibility.
2. Submit OPM Accounting Pre processor.
3. View Error messages.
