On : 12.2.5 version, Catalog Shopping

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Putting percentage (wildcard search)% in Category LOV and Enter - clears out all values in the field and does not open the LOV window

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should open the LOV

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iProcurement
2. Non Catalog request
3. Putt % in Category LOV and press Enter button
4. System clears the data in the page and did not open the LOV
