Mexican Fixed Assets ISR Report (JLMXFISR) Uses the Wrong Price Index INPC For Half Period. (Doc ID 2248606.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 08, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Assets - Version 12.1.1 and later
Oracle Financials for the Americas - Version 12.1.3 to 12.1.3 [Release 12.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The Middle Month used to retrieve the Price Index on the 'Mexican Fixed Assets ISR Report' (JLMXFISR)
should vary depending on 'Include DPIS' parameter.

This is not working in R12. Regardless of the parameter, the same month is used.

For example:
When "Include DPIS" = Y, middle month should be 8 for asset added in June.
When "Include DPIS" = N, middle month should be 9 for asset added in June.

The R12 report uses Price Index for period 9 regardless of the DPIS parameter.
