Symptoms
We are following the <Note 1367293.1> Enabling TLS in EBS 12.2. In section 5.1 step 5, it says to apply Patch 25072950.
Applying this patch results in the following error:
export ORACLE_HOME=/<dir>/fs1/FMW_Home/webtier
opatch apply
We get the result:
