"Deliver-To Location Is Invalid" Error When Save The Requisition (Doc ID 2249096.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
"Deliver-To Location is invalid" error appears when save the Requisition that source from BPA. When do a search by using default Deliver-To Location from the LOV, No Items found appears.


Expected Behavior
The default Deliver-To Location shall valid for this Requisition. The Requisition shall be saved successfully.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create the Requisition by checkout Shopping Cart
  2. Save the Requisition.
