ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Tax amount is not calculated for two Credit Memos in project accounting
The user cancelled two PA draft Invoices, for which Credit Notes generated without Service Tax and same interfaced to AR.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a credit memo when user reversed an invoice.
2. Tax on the credit memo was not recalculated.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Service tax not calculated for two credit memos in PA due to which users are facing audit issues where as original draft invoice is having service tax.
