Symptoms

While trying to create a new Purchase Order, getting JAVA ERROR:

ERROR:

oracle.apps.jtf.base.resources.FrameworkException: Error in IAS Cache: oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException
at oracle.apps.jtf.cache.IASCacheProvider.get(IASCacheProvider.java:833)
at oracle.apps.jtf.cache.CacheManager.getInternal(CacheManager.java:4802)
...
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.server.OAApplicationModuleImpl.invokeMethod(OAApplicationModuleImpl.java:741)
.....
Caused by: oracle.apps.jtf.base.resources.FrameworkException:
J2EE JOC-044 An exception is occurring in the method. CacheAccess.get
null
J2EE JOC-043 base exception:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Responsibility: Purchasing Super User
  2. Navigate to: Buyer Work Center > Orders
  3. Trying to create a new PO
