Symptoms

On : 12.2.1 version, ISSUES WITH FUNCTIONALITY OF AD UTILITIES

Section 3: Export the source Release 12 database instance/Step #8 of note "Export/Import EBS release 12.0 or 12.1 with RDBMS 12c (Doc ID 1585256.1)" is failing with the following error.
