The Concurrent Processing Command Line Utility cpadmin.sh tool is provided via CP RUP2 <Patch 19287293> and discussed in the following document:

After the installation of the CP RUP2 <Patch 19287293>, when attempting to run the cpadmin.sh utility from O/S command line in Windows the tool fails with the following errors:

$ cpadmin.sh

** ERROR:
** Unable to find .dbc file: <DIR>/TEST_BALANCE.dbc

$ cd <DIR>/secure
$ ls -lrt
total 4
-rw------- 1 user user 832 Mar 2 20:50 TEST.dbc
