Symptoms
AD Patch Worker errors when attempting to apply 2016 ACA Phase 2 Patch 25250989:R12.BEN.B
ERROR:
The Worker Log shows:
Returned from FNDLOAD function.
Log file: /<file_path>/log/US_benzzcncprg00186_ldt.log
Error calling FNDLOAD function.
Log file: /<file_path>/log/US_benzzcncprg00186_ldt.log
Error calling FNDLOAD function.
From the above log - the log file called out - 'US_benzzcncprg00186_ldt.log' shows:
Dumped the batch (EXECUTABLE BENACA1095C BEN , PROGRAM BEN1095C BEN ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Uploading from staging tables
Error parsing the generated plsql wrapper statement ORA-06550: line 782, column 9:
