Symptoms

E-Business Suite R12 Concurrent Processing, SRS Form (FNDRSRUN) related issues

 

 

After applying a patch which contains a new version of the Submit Requests form (SRS / FNDRSRUN), users no longer have the ability to close / collapse the Find Requests screen.

When the Find Requests screen opens the close (x) icon is missing from the form.

In previous versions of the form, the close (x) icon displayed when the Find Request screen was opened.
