AR Late Charges Adjustments Are Not Generated Due To Previous Late Charges Batch With Status Error (Doc ID 2253593.1)

Symptoms

AR Late Charges Adjustments are not generated for all potential invoices as expected.

The following errors occurs when trying to review details of the Batch with Status Error
in Batch Maintenance form and delete lines in Error

Error:
APP-AR-96282: Error: You cannot update column batch_status
The Adjustment GL date 30-NOV-2016 is less than the transaction GL date 28-DEC-2016


Errors when trying to Delete the batch:

Error:
APP-AR-9682: Error: AR_DRAFT_BATCH_DELETEABLE

Steps to reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager responsibility
Navigation:
 Late Charges > Late Charges Generate
Late Charges > Batch Maintenance
